Enhance your understanding of the co-op business model. Gain in-depth exposure to active co-ops in Alberta. Learn more about the co-operative sector. The agenda includes:

1)    A celebration of the International Year of Cooperatives

2)    Case study presentations from the cooperative sector

3)    Small group brainstorming and key co-op questions

4)    Reflections on financing the co-op sector, led by Mike Lewis, author of The Resilience Imperative: Co-operative Transitions to a Steady-State Economy

This event will be of interest to individuals and organizations that are operating a co-operative, leaders in the co-op sector, as well as the co-op curious. All are welcome to attend. Registration, coffee and a continental breakfast begins at 8:30am and the program starts at 9:00am.  There is a registration fee of $25 (Calgary Dollars are accepted).
